A large part of my diary is spent with corporate clients, I work with banks, international plc’s, high-end car dealerships and much more. I cater everything from canape parties for product launches, simple office lunches through three-course boardroom dining.

I offer very competitive pricing and menus to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.

CONSULTANCY
Consultancy services cover everything from kitchen design to menu creation

Examples of my consultancy work range from developing new menus, training of new or existing kitchen and front of house staff, assisting with the hiring of senior chef positions to troubleshooting under-performing kitchens. I can also be paid on a retainer to provide ongoing “executive chef” services for any hotel or restaurant.
