Having worked in and owned many bars, restaurants and hotels from high volume short order to 3 Michelin star I bring a wealth of experience to my consultancy work. My strengths lie in consulting on new openings but I am equally capable of troubleshooting existing establishments.
Examples of my consultancy work range from developing new menus, training of new or existing kitchen and front of house staff, assisting with the hiring of senior chef positions to troubleshooting under-performing kitchens. I can also be paid on a retainer to provide ongoing “executive chef” services for any hotel or restaurant.
My consultancy services extend outwith the hospitality sector too, I regularly develop recipes for many national organisations for use in cookery books, social media campaigns and for marketing material.
