Personal Chef

Personal chef services are very much the core of Mark’s business. Mark is a very experienced personal chef, spending the last 10 years working as a personal chef for clients all over the globe. Mark spends the majority of his time working with clients on a short term basis, typically when those clients are travelling to the UK, however Mark is happy to accept bookings for many international locations.

As a personal chef Mark can be hired from a single evening to multiple weeks at a time to look after the culinary needs of his clients. Being based in Scotland and spending a lot of time cooking on traditional estates means Mark’s style of cookery has an emphasis on classical French while using seasonal British produce. As a chef with over 20 years experience and a keen interest in culinary trends there isn’t much that Mark can’t turn his hand to in a kitchen.

Hiring a personal chef is one of life’s luxuries and to keep this service as personal as possible all of Mark’s menus are tailored to the tastes and requirements of each client, therefore there are no sample menus to choose from.
